AI Provider Data-Use Policy

Aimé sends the minimum prompt, brand context, product content, or media needed for a feature the merchant requests. Provider choice and data category must be documented in the subprocessor register.

• No Shopify customer or order data is used for cross-merchant model training.
• No merchant content is sold, used to profile unrelated individuals, or mixed into another merchant’s workspace.
• No legally significant automated decision is made about a customer in Shopify v1.

AI output is advisory or draft-first. Merchants review products, content, publishing decisions, and advertising actions before consequential use.
