Contact

Email privacy@aimecommerce.app. Include your Aimé account email, workspace name, provider, and a safe description of the problem. Never send passwords, Shopify access tokens, API secrets, payment-card numbers, or private keys.

Shopify connection

Work from Aimé → Integrations → Shopify → Connect.
The merchant’s Shopify administrator approves the app in Shopify; normal users do not use the Partner or Developer dashboards.
If a capability needs more access, Aimé explains the optional permission at the moment the merchant enables that capability.
Disconnect from Aimé Integrations or uninstall Aimé in Shopify Admin.

Current availability

The controlled POC is limited to the United States and Israel. Additional countries remain disabled until legal, tax, payments, providers, sanctions, localization, currency, and support gates pass.
