Terms of Service

You must be authorized to act for each merchant workspace and connected account. You are responsible for account security, lawful instructions, the accuracy of store information, and all content or products you provide.

Aimé is an independent multi-channel SaaS. The Shopify app is a connector that authorizes and maintains a merchant’s Shopify connection and adds no separate Shopify charge. Aimé subscriptions are selected and paid directly in Aimé through Stripe for the proof of concept, subject to Shopify’s written approval of that billing model.

• Products created by Aimé remain drafts until the merchant approves publication.
• Meta campaigns are created paused, and no advertising spend occurs without merchant approval.
• Optional Shopify permissions are requested only when the merchant activates the corresponding feature; declining one disables only that capability.

AI-generated media, copy, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. The merchant must review legal compliance, intellectual-property rights, claims, prices, platform rules, and brand suitability before use.

Availability depends on country policy, sanctions screening, payment support, platform support, and third-party services. US and Israel are the initial POC countries. No promise is made that Aimé is available in every country or that every provider action will succeed.

POC subscriptions are administered through Stripe in Aimé, not Shopify. The draft cancellation and refund rules are available on the cancellation and refund page and require counsel approval before public launch.
