Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Aimé POC subscriptions are purchased from Aimé through Stripe. Shopify does not bill for Aimé or add a separate connector charge. This model remains gated on Shopify’s written confirmation.

A merchant may cancel future renewal through Aimé’s billing controls. Access continues through the paid billing period unless law, a trial term, or a separately stated offer requires a different result.

Send billing disputes or refund requests to privacy@aimecommerce.app. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Exact eligibility, timing, trials, taxes, currency treatment, and partial-period handling require counsel and accountant approval before public launch.
